Questions

Does QuickQuote work on a Mac or an iPad?

QuickQuote says it is Windows software: on a Mac it needs Windows or an emulator such as Wine or CrossOver, and Android tablets and iPads need an emulator. Stone Project has native iOS, Android, web, Windows and Mac apps.

Is a one-time license cheaper than Stone Project?

Over time it can be. QuickQuote Economy is $1,000 once for 2 devices; Standard is $1,500 for 5 devices with one year of updates, then $240 a year if you keep updating. Stone Project Solo is $129.99 a month on the 12-month promo ($149.99 regular). The subscription buys the phone app, the client portal, CRM and QuickBooks Online sync, not just the quote.

Can I bring my QuickQuote price list into Stone Project?

Stone Project imports CSV, and its screenshot importer reads existing quotes and drawings. Export the items you have, start the 14-day trial and price one of your real jobs before you decide.
