1. The messaging program
Stone Project is the countertop fabrication management platform operated by Design Master Solutions LLC ("Stone Project", "we", "us"). Design Master Solutions LLC owns the toll-free number below and is the party registered with the carriers for this program. Stone Project is the sender of every message: we text homeowners and customers who opted in with us about the countertop projects they have with shops that manage their jobs on Stone Project.
Every message is sent from the Stone Project toll-free number +1 (866) 658-1902, starts with "Stone Project:" and names the shop your project is with, for example: "Stone Project: Granite Ridge Fabrication - Invoice INV-00518 is available for payment in your portal. Reply STOP to opt out."
2. What we send
Transactional and account notifications only. There is no marketing or promotional content in this program. Messages cover:
- Project stage updates (template, fabrication, installation)
- Appointment and measurement reminders
- Quote sent, quote follow-up and contract signing reminders
- Invoice sent, payment reminders and payment confirmations
- A review request after your installation is complete
3. How you opt in
Consent is given by you, to Stone Project, never by the shop on your behalf. In your customer portal, on the Profile page, you enter your mobile number and tick a checkbox — unchecked by default and separate from any other agreement — that reads:
I agree to receive transactional SMS text messages from Stone Project, a product of Design Master Solutions LLC, about my projects with [shop name] — such as appointment reminders and quote, order and payment updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase and we never share your mobile information with third parties. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can use every feature of the portal without it.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the activity on your own project — typically a handful of messages over the life of a countertop job.
5. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Stone Project does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
6. How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from Stone Project messages, and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again. You can also untick the consent box in your customer portal, or email [email protected].

8. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Stone Project.
9. Supported carriers
The program is available on major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular and their affiliates.
10. Privacy
Your mobile number and your consent are stored on your customer record and used only to send you the messages described above. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are never shared with any third party for any other purpose. Your number reaches only the messaging carrier and our messaging provider (AWS End User Messaging), acting as our subprocessor to deliver the messages you asked for.
